There is a very simple solution for Alligators under the bed...
Take the largest pair of shoes you can find and place them next to your bed. Have the toes facing outward slightly pointed outward.
When the Alligators come to your fathers bed and see's the shoes, he will run the other way.
Alligators HATE big stinky shoes!
